Your Smile, Dr. Zhu Danielle

I HATE the dentist n getting work done gives me anxiety attacks but this doc is so sweet, quick n efficient. Can't say nothing bad at all, n her receptionist is awesome, super friendly and personable. I don't feel like jus another patient on the list for the day, they guienly care and are constantly making sure things go as planned n that your comfy n ok. I hate dentists but since it's message I choose Dr.Zhu to go to n if your looking for a dentist in bell air i would say make an appt here! ????????????????????

Fast and Friendly

Had a piece of seed stuck under my gum and was in and out very quickly. All the employees were very kind and professional.

I have had root canals and crowns on and off for 50 years beginning at about age 10. I have been chewing on one side or the other for about 40 years due to dental problems. In my late 30’s I became determined to get everything fixed and used 1 dentist in Glen Burnie and 1 in Aberdeen that were close to where I worked at the time. I spent close to $12,000.00 including insurance. All of it fell apart within 5 years and ever trip to the dentist left me in pain for several weeks while my teeth adjusted to the work. I gave up trying and 2 of the teeth that were root canaled and crowned I had pulled as the problems continued.
I finally got tired of the incredible pain that occurs when chewing something like peanuts and having a piece jam into my gums. When I sought out another Dentist close to where I worked Dr. Zhu and YOUR SMILE fit my needs. From the very beginning I knew I had finally found an excellent Dentist. Zero pain after fillings and crowns were placed. Working within the limits of my insurance it took Dr. Zhu about three years to fix everything and I have been eating pain free for about ten years.
She even put a crown on one tooth three other dentist’s said there was not enough space left between the tooth with the failed crown and the tooth above it. Dr Zhu initially gave the same prognosis but when it was the only problem left with my teeth she prepared the tooth and installed the crown. I had anticipated pain as the tooth would have too be slowly pushed back into the gums with the new crown but it was another pain free procedure.
Another crown failed and broke off the part of the tooth that the crown holds onto and as I was at my annual insurance maximum already and could not afford another implant without insurance I asked Dr Zhu if she would place pins in an x formation and glue the crown back on, she was reluctant but did so anyhow. That was 5 years ago and the crown is just fine. I no longer eat jelly beans anymore.
I can not say enough good about her and her assistants are wonderful also. From the moment you walk into her office and are greeted by Lori the receptionist you will know you are in the right place.
