  After 13 years of competitive gymnastics I started experiencing a constant aching back, tightness, “jammed felling”. I’ve always been hesitant on trying chiropractors due to the scare stories of others. I’ve seen two orthopedic doctors over the last 11 years (one being a surgeon) whom continue to prescribe me muscle relaxers and high ibuprofen with PT. I finally threw in the towel because I was sick of the vicious cycle and had nothing left to loose! After a couple weeks of care at MD Spine I finally feel like the kinks are looser in my back, I can move better and have no pain/ache that is constantly on my mind. I can’t wait to continue my care and get rid of my muscle spasms all together!! The office is ran professionally and I have no had a long wait time. I love that this office incorporates physical therapy with chiropractic services!

  Dr. Herold is great. My pain is a lot better than when I started. I can more easier now. I only have occasional pain which is good. I would highly recommend MD Spine Institute.

  Very attentive to your needs. The employees are great and are there to help you with anything you need. My back and neck has certainly started feeling better since going here. Check them out!

  My husband had a neck and back injury and was referred to the Maryland Spine Institute and Dr. Herold. We are so gald they were recommended to us . After my husband’s first consultation he knew he was at the right place for healing. Dr. Harold’s staff from the front desk to the medical professionals he employs, are top notch!   Dr Herold and his staff are the best!! I have been living with such back and shoulder pain, Dr Herold fixes me when I go get to continue maintenance of at least 1 visit per month. Great results from a. Very knowledgeable Dr. Wonderful Staff????
