Crash Champions Collision Repair Belair

I had a tree branch fall on my truck in January which damaged some of my windshield trim. I contacted Crash Champions and they provided me an instant estimate that turned out to be off by just 72 cents from the actual repair cost (A+). Since I was paying myself and not going through insurance this was a big deal to me and they were spot-on with it.

The parts I needed were on back order for about two months but as soon as they arrived I was contacted again and scheduled an appointment for the repair. When I arrived for the appointment they went above and beyond in my opinion by giving me a ride back to my apartment from the shop since I wasn’t renting a car for the short repair.

When the repair was complete they again went above and beyond and took my payment over the phone and offered to drive my truck home for me. Overall, the repair was perfect and their customer service was excellent. I don’t leave many reviews but felt my experience with the Crash Champions team deserves one because I’d recommend them to anybody who asks.

My experience was great. They made the entire transaction easy and seemless from getting dropping off the rental to communicating where the vehicle was in their process. I got my truck back on time and they even washed it and cleaned the interior. I would use them again without a doubt.

Becca was a pleasure to work with. She made sure I was updated either via text or phone call on the progress of my car. She made sure I got my rental car and made sure that it was returned. Crash Champion did an excellent job on repairing my truck. After a hit and run to my truck, my truck had damage to the driver’s door, fender and running board. They kept me up to date -via text and calls -on the progress and any issues. When I picked up my truck, I was very pleased with the repairs. The painting was flawless and the replaced parts were back to their original. The employees were pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend their services.
