(November 13, 2019, 12:22 am)I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was a teenager. I have spent my entire life trying to avoid pain. When my insurance offered massage therapy I was worried that it would be painful. I also wasn't sure if I would be able to get on the table because of my mobility issues. I spoke with Sandra on the phone and told her my concerns. She was terrific, she explained the process and said that if I couldn't get on the table she could even do it in a chair. She has helped me so much. After each session I feel wonderful. I have more mobility and less pain. I am so grateful I am able to see Sandra. She is the best! I recommend Massage and Energy Wellness to anyone in chronic pain.
(November 3, 2019, 11:50 am)Once you find the correct entrance in the middle of the courtyard, Sandra gives a very pleasant and relaxing massage. The atmosphere is relaxing and each time I've gone I walked out feeling refreshed.
(November 1, 2019, 11:55 am)Fantastic place! My sister in law has gone here for a while now and loves coming here. Wife loves it too. Sandra is always extremely welcoming and listens to what you want/need. Calm, clean room that allows instant relaxation. Wish I could visit more. We have received and given a couple gift certificates here, lots of great options. Very highly recommend!

(September 26, 2019, 10:46 am)I've had neck and shoulder issues for the better part of ten years now and have done everything medically except surgery to try and alleviate the pain and discomfort to no avail so I decided to give massage therapy a shot and have been pleasantly surprised by the results. Sandra has been working with me on a monthly basis for around 4 months now and the pain and discomfort have been diminished considerably. My job is physical and requires long hours and without Sandra's healing hands I'm not sure I could of kept up with the demands of my job. If you are in a similar position I'd highly recommend Sandra at Massage and Energy Wellness to get you back to feeling well again!!!
