“BelAir Health and Rehab provided care to my 94 year old mother after a recent hospitalization for a fall and fracture to her sacrum. The staff were very attentive to her needs and very kind and caring. Any concerns I had regarding my mother's care were quickly addressed. Various staff members, including one of the physicians, reached out to me for input. They were also welcoming in the PT, OT, and Speech Therapy Departments where they were very happy to demonstrate the progress my mother had made. Initially, I was visiting daily until I realized my Mom was in good hands. I was then able to relax a bit, feeling confident she was being well cared for. I really can't thank everyone there enough for their kindness and caring towards my mother and me. Can they do anything better? Of course they can...Mom said the food often got cold because they removed the lid as soon as the tray came into the room. Maybe leave the lid on or give the patient the option of keeping the lid on the food. ????I'm not sure if that was the reason for the food getting cold or not.
