“Harford Community College has helped in several ways in various stages of my life. First time I went there was to study core credits so that I could transfer them to UMBC where I graduated in Mechanical Engineering. Then I went went here for another 4 years when I was an HVAC apprentice. Became a licensed HVAC Journeyman. Then I brought both my kids to the HCC Early Learning Center for daycare. This place is so nice because it helped me get my start in my education, and has been there when I changed careers for a period time. It all came full circle. I couldn't find a job as an Engineer, so I did HVAC. Eventually, I got hired to design HVAC for buildings, and then became licensed as a Professional Engineer. I am very happy today. I got my start at HCC.”

“I graduated from here in 2015. This library was always quiet, I never had any complaints. The staff was helpful. I guess with all college libraries sometimes people are inconsiderate, they talk and giggle under their breath, which is obviously distracting if you're trying to study, but other than that there was usually an absence of problems. The building is old but it's a really nice place. I definitely recommend using this library when you need to do research or get work done and you want to stay on campus.”
