I was in the process of selling a home when the home inspection determined there were polybutylene pipes throughout the house. I saw on their website that they removed and replaced them (not all plumbing services will). I called and spoke to Cindy who was very helpful and got someone out the next day. The pipes were replaced within days and in plenty of time before settlement. I would highly recommend Five Star Plumbing Services, they are reliable, professional, very reasonable and produce quality work.

We've had Five Star Plumbing out to replace a part on our laundry tub pump. Both times, we worked with Jonathan, who is polite, knowledgeable, and proud of his work. The company Five Star itself also has great customer service. We were slightly outside the 30 day window to opt for an entirely new pump and laundry sink, and they still credited us for the first job.

Five Star Plumbing Services Inc. installed a submersible pump for our water well, replacing an old jet pump. The Company provided prompt service at a reasonable cost, and most importantly, the workers did an excellent job on the installation of the new well pump. We will certainly call on Five Star for any future plumbing needs.
