“Blessed to be lucky to have a wonderful helpful professional happy smiling staff that welcomes you as soon as you enter the door or if they were to see you as they were leaving :-) what really tops in the office they really do help me and have patience for someone that really cannot use their hands and they helped me and organized me so I have everything set and safe to walk out the door of course I am very grateful for everyone there! I usually go to the bank approximately between noon time and 3:30 p.m. during the weekdays and I don't find it to be that busy and if was there are several a tentative Personnel staff greeting you where are you really do not have to wait in line. when the bank first opened up I was able to order checks right there when I had walked in and started my new account and I didn't have to pay for the checks they were mailed to my home within a short time. besides when Fallston was open BB&T Bank in Bel Air I find to be also just as courteous as a staff can be that shows their professionalism and caring aspect to help any client! after hours is a drive-thru so you really don't have to worry much if you need cash fast or wanted to make your deposit later than the lobby is open, awesome! last but not least for someone that really doesn't balance their checkbooks I seen them helping somebody in there straightening out their accounts and their affairs with other things I had overheard, well you really can't beat that huh ????”

“I've always been treated well and in a timely manner. The employees have been helpful and given me advice that was very much appreciate. This is only one of two locations that I would rate a five star. I've been with BOA for over 20 years and have been to a lot of locations. Btw, this is a bank, not a restaurant or gas station. Public restrooms are optional. Most smaller clothing stores don't have public restrooms, either. Additionally, if you have been with a bank for 20 years and can only voice one complaint, I'm impressed.”
