Scheduling my float with Karen was a breeze and once I got there Gary took time to explain a bit more about the actual process of floating prior to getting started. I was completely undisturbed throughout the float and was able to achieve a very deep level of relaxation. Don't be put off by the MMA gym location, once in the floating area it is a non-factor. I will definitely be returning to float as often as possible!”
