JR was amazing! He answered all our questions and more! He went above and beyond.

I wanted to send a personal note and acknowledge the excellent service that my dad and I received from Banky at the ATT store in Ellicott City, Md, this morning.

My dad (who is 75) recently lost his cell phone and he is not the most tech savvy. I live in another state and was concerned that he would have a difficult time navigating the process of replacing his phone without me there.

So, I called the store when you opened and Banky answered. I explained the situation and Banky said, send your dad in and when he gets here I will call you.

He did just that and helped explain the best options to replace the phone, made sure we understood the details and were comfortable with the proposed plan.

He went above and beyond by providing me with tips and expertise on the best way to ensure all data was transferred and how to avoid certain issues in the future. He sent me copies of the paperwork and even offered to FaceTime with me.

He helped me fully set up and transfer contacts to my dads phone and get everything squared away (before my dad left the store) with family sharing so that my dad did not have to try to figure this out on his own.

Excellent service is a differentiator and very rare these days. Banky is why we will not only do business with this ATT store again but will highly recommend him and this store to others.

So, ask for Banky when you arrive. His outstanding service, kindness, customer friendly attitude and willingness to help will put your mind at ease.

Porya is da man! A true asset to this store and company. He set me up with a new iPhone. Got the promotional savings of $600 off my phone. He gave me his business card and told me I could text him with any questions or concerns. First class - one on one service - which is a lost art in this country. Thank you, Porya!!
