  Dave helped sell our home quickly, without issue, and for the best price! He gave us his opinion on what needed to be done and we listened. He also provided reasonable expectations so that we could move forward productively. The result exceeded those reasonable expectations.

  We used Dave to help purchase our first single family home in Catonsville. I contacted him in a rush to see a specific house and he dropped everything to take us on two separate showings (within 24 hours) and help us submit a reasonable and competitive offer. After our offer was accepted, he was instrumental in walking us through inspection and closing, and made sure we were kept in the loop every step of the way. He was very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying process. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

  We have had Dave as our rental property manager for our townhouse since 2016. Prior to hiring Dave, we had to handle tenant issues about once a month. These usually involved going to the rental property, assessing the issue, going to Home Depot or contacting a contractor to fix the issue, spend time actually fixing the problem with the hopes that the issue would be resolved completely. Since hiring Dave, we only have to approve a new tenant or significant work to be done for the rental property. We rarely are bothered with managing the property ourselves as Dave fields all issues with the tenants. When a contractor needs to come in to address an issue with the property, the contractors are reasonably priced and do not appear to cut in to our rental payment excessively. Additionally, the tenants he finds have respected the property and we receive the rental payment in full and on time. Having Dave as a rental property manager has alleviated almost all of the burden of owning a rental property. We love having the reduced burden and stress by having Dave manage our property. He's very good!

  My husband and I hired Dave and his team at Loeffler Realty to help sell our house at top dollar while we were going through our divorce. I was not living in the home and my husband was. Circumstances turned very sour between the two of us and Dave was AMAZING at helping me keep my husband on track with continued repairs and preparations for getting the house on the market. This was no small task. Dave’s admirable negotiations with my husband kept our house from going on the market “as is” and losing thousands in potential equity. Dave’s knowledge of the housing market and critical “go” times proved to be spot on and once we were “live” we were under contract at top dollar in two weeks!
  Dave makes you feel like you have a friend, someone who’s got your back. He responds immediately through email and text and phone. He went above and beyond being my real estate agent during this difficult time in my life and made this process as painless as he could for me by taking on the brunt of the situation. He was polite, friendly, professional, and tough. I will always be grateful and will be recommending him to friends and family for years to come.
