“My 80 year old father has memory problems and moved to Encore at Turf Valley last year. I visit with him two or three times a week and the assisted living care he receives has been very helpful. Almost every visit, my father talks about how thankful he is to be living there. He enjoys his meals in the dining room, attending music performances (he likes to sing along), and bingo! He adjusted quickly to living at Encore and we have peace of mind knowing that he is well cared for and safe. One of his biggest challenges was remembering to take his daily medicines, which is now handled by the Encore staff. It is a good feeling to know that Encore will be able to assist him as his needs grow.”

Always greeted by the manager, Brittany, or other on-duty stylists by name or with another familiar greeting. Using the online check-in app, I was lucky enough to have Brittany as my stylist. As always, professional in appearance and demeanor, providing a quality service for reasonable cost and offering and suggesting hair products to enhance one's appearance...reasonably priced, as well. “A master smiles and greets every person at the door 90% of the time. The teachers teach discipline and hard work with enough playfulness to make my daughter love attending. Each student is instructed and encouraged at his or her level. The facility is clean and pretty with plenty of parent seating. Yes it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. Masters Chong, Shin, and Philip are extraordinary.”

“We looked at several Assisted Living facilities before deciding on Angels Touch. The other places are too big and Angels Touch has the feeling of "home". The caregivers show their love and concern for the residents; the ratio of caregivers to resident is high. The meals are freshly made and there are always activities and entertainment for the residents and "field trips" to area attractions such as, Inner Harbor, County Fair, parks, plays ... Mom even went to Ocean City - one of her favorite places! Angels Touch is truly a caring home - like one big family. Positively Recommended.”
