(August 25, 2018, 8:08 pm)Mr Paul Simonetti and his representatives are very efficient, very friendly and very hardworking. They will go to any length to help their customers, they take their time to explain everything, very patient if you don't understand, they will explain everything to you, anytime you call Mr Simonetti, he will respond right away and let you know that once he get to the office the next day, he will take care of the problem for you, and he does follow up. He will give you a call to let you know whether he's still working on it or it is fixed. He's such a gentleman, talks to you with respect including all his staff, they are so nice and very pleasant to speak with either on the phone or in the office. When I needed life insurance, Mr Simonetti invited the representative in charge of that department to their office and schedule an appointment with me to meet him to be able to explain all my option and lot of choices to choose from. I really appreciate Mr Paul Simonetti and his staff, they are the best. I will recommend them any day or time to my relatives and friends. I have had lots of car insurances in the past, there's nothing or no one compares to Mr Simonetti and his staff. Love them.

(January 9, 2018, 12:20 pm)Paul and his staff are AWESOME! They always take the time to help with any policy issue or concern. They are knowledgeable about their products and if they don't know the answer (doesn't happen often) they will get their back office on the line to make sure everything is clear and correct information is given. I trust them with my auto & home.
