    I've dealt with a few body shops over the years. Seems like many of them either aren't highly skilled or they don't place great importance on customer satisfaction. Neither of these apply to Caliber. They went extra steps to ensure the job was done right, including very close matching of the paint color, customizing a part to make it fit, and getting the job done quickly. Highly recommended.

    Fabulous service, from the first call I placed to them til I drove off with my repaired car. I have had it in their shop several times. Always courteous service, wonderful staff, with extra praise for Amy. My car looked like new, inside and out.

    Caliber worked on my car following an accident. There were a few issues with the repair that would ordinarily cause one to give a less than favorable review; however, the problem was handled immediately after I called to share my concerns. I appreciate their prompt response and getting my car back on the road. Because of their customer service and commitment to getting things right, I'm happy to give them a favorable review and would take my car there again. My car looks and runs great now.

    Caliber Collision was formerly named Columbia Auto Center, just recently underwent the name change and kept the same great staff. We were referred here by our local mechanic, and it was one of the recommended shops that worked with our insurance company. The entire process of working with our insurance company was seamless and they were finished 3 days earlier than their estimate. Friendly manager and front office staff, and our car looks great! Thanks Caliber!
