Every one of the Phantom Pest Protection service guys were good, they came, and they did their job, and left. But out of all of them, the best one of the Phantom Pest Protection service guy was Tyler. I had a real bad bees nest on the front side of my house, and Tyler was a really nice person, he came to my house, and he asked me where was the bees nest located, and I showed him, and he told me that he will take care of it. Tyler had done a excellent job, and when he got done, he told me that my bees nest problem would be gone within a week or two.

Our tech Jereme was great! Showed up on time, very pleasant and respectful, and had a great handshake. He asked about trouble areas and addressed them first before continuing with the treatment. Feeling like we made the right choice for service!
Great customer service. A nice young man came to my door and got me set up with the services. It is a lot more thorough than my previous pest providers. Would definitely recommend them.
