“I stopped in as the shop was closing and was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were upfront about what the test drive charge was going to be. After the drive they explained the problem without talking down to me and repaired only what I asked. They had it done the same day and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. I would definitely go back.”

“Matthew Speaks was awesome. He made this very trying and exhausting process more than bearable but a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Matt was very accommodating and worked with our schedule. We had some unusual challenges with our process, having to deal with the city and the VA, but Matt did the necessary research in order to make everything move smoothly and in a timely fashion. Hopefully we never have to move again but if we do we will be definitely be reaching out to Matthew Speaks.”

“November 18, 2018 To: Administrative Staff, Gilchrist Hospice care There are times in the lives of humans that make them weak, humbled and above all saddened to the heart. Over the past six years I have traveled that path toward this time when my husband of 54 years became a Gilchrist hospice patient. I am a nurse. I have seen illness and death but I never felt the numbness of the diagnosis or the pain as he slipped farther out of my grasp toward an ending. Yet the Gilchrist nurse, Patty Bornemann knew what to say to help me maintain my sense of what to do and what to expect. From the time I met her, I felt her strength bound to tenderness and her constant evaluation of the situation while listening calmly to my nurse type questions. Patty was there when he began his decline, she provided a special bed, a pad for the floor in case he fell out of bed, the necessary medications and the time to sit at his bed side with me and frequently she sat there alone with John. Patty came immediately when I called her regarding John’s sudden decline. She stayed as he lost more connection to life and she was at my side when he took his last breath. I feel sure Patty reflects the traits of all nurses who choose this caring path. But in my eyes, she is the epidemy of what a hospice nurse should be. I am also sure that she reflects the goals and approaches all Gilchrest nurse provide. Patty was sure to connect me to the Social Worker, Meara Strain who provided a listening ear, guidance and gentle advice and support. She made me comfortable as John made his steady progress to the end of life. Meara was always available to me. I want to thank Gilchrest for supporting the work of Patty and the other hospice nurses. Anything I can do to support your work is now high on my agenda. I know the Organization will continue its work of mercy, excellent nursing care and a focus on the patient and the family as they move toward an oncoming abyss. Thank you again for being that Organization and those nurses and other staff that helped me move with John toward a peaceful, pain free journey from this life. Sincerely, Genie L. “I have faithfully been seeing Tom for physical therapy for the past 13 years. I am generally at the physical therapist several times a year for my chronic joint conditions. Tom gained my trust after my first visit and I have followed him throughout his career for treatment since. I recently had a back surgery that I have had a hard time coming back from. Tom has started performing dry needling along with traditional therapy which has helped beyond my imagination. He carefully listens to your needs and always seems to work miracles for me. Tom truly cares about his patients and is willing to make extra effort with them to get them better and back to a functioning life. I am excited for him and his new endeavor and plan on continuing to travel to the new location for treatment.”

“From infant to preschool, this school does a great job of caring for and loving your child. After 3 years, we have to move away and I think this is what I am most sad about, leaving this school.”

“The ladies there are very professional and friendly! Any time I had a problem after hours Heather Morgan responded quickly and was extremely helpful along my daughter's journey wearing the STARband. After all the ups and downs and believe me in the beginning there was A LOT OF DOWNS; getting my daughter to get use to the whole idea of wearing the helmet (I started when she was 7 months old!!) and the adjustments that needed to be made but believe me! Faith and sticking to it and listening to the advice these wonderful women have to offer just got my daughter, my fiancé and I along this journey and after all it happens so fast! Just stick to it her head is like night and day compared to the flat spot she had before. It's completely normal and her measurements prove it to! Thank you Staff that helped out my beautiful Daughter:) I recommend to anyone who's baby needs cranial remolding”
