  I’ve been at Paragon for 3 months and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Keri, the property manager and Nina, the Assistant Manager. They are great with communication, ensuring we have resident events on a weekly and monthly basis, and always working on improving the property, which doesn’t really need much improvement anyway. They are on top
  of everything, which is very comforting. Maintenance is quick to respond to any tickets and they always send an email and leave a note on the counter with a recap. I really love living here. Location couldn’t be more perfect. I’m very happy to call this place home.

  We love Paragon great area close to everything one would need Trader Joes, Costco...etc However, the reason why we are staying here is bc of the property manager Kerri who is nothing but professional and helpful. She has done some really good things for the property such as upgrading the GYM, establishing fun activities such as wine and Pizza night!

  We have been at Paragon for just over 2 years now and have signed on for another year. Our experience here hasn't been without its issues but, for the most part, it has been great.
  
  We were here with the old owner/management company and have lasted through the transition to the new, which is always a bumpy road. Like many others, we were not very receptive to the change initially; however, things get better with each passing day. The key seems to be communicating with the management and maintenance staff so we haven't been shy with any of our questions or concerns, irrespective of how trivial they may seem.
  
  Yes, you can hear your neighbors from time to time and it can be frustrating. From "stomp stomps" upstairs to loud conversations or playing next door to trash trucks emptying the dumpsters, it is not always quiet. We've found that knocking on the door and asking the neighbors politely to be a little quieter works wonders. After all, they're people too.
  
  Yes, there are problem neighbors in the complex that don't pick up after their animals, leave their trash where it shouldn't be, and generally don't follow the guidelines set out in the lease. The majority of people though are friendly and considerate. We've even been lucky enough to become very good friends with another couple that lives in the building next to ours.
  
  The little things matter and Paragon knows that. They are always trying to make improvements, both big and small, for the community and are always willing to listen to and help residents. Keri makes it a point to try and develop relationships with the residents and Marcus has even offered to help carry in our groceries as recently as today.
  
  Are we happy about the amount of rent we pay after signing on for another year? No. Are there some things about Paragon we'd like to change? Yes. At the end of the day though, we like living here. The experience at Paragon is what you make of it. If you are personable to your neighbors and communicate with the staff, you may like it too.

  Moved in three weeks ago. The building is kept immaculate. Lobby and halls are vacuumed and cleaned regularly. The two small repair requests I had were both handled the same day and to my satisfaction. The manager, Lori and her staff are engaged and really care about the residents. I have already recommended this to friends.
