Just had a 20 minute conversation with Mr. Dukes, and it was one of the most educational (for me) talks about firearms I’ve ever had. This guy truly truly knows his stuff. Not even the least bit condescending or arrogant, even while talking to a total trigger-noob such as myself. Gave me heaps and heaps of excellent, applicable advice - despite the fact that we both knew that the particular services I was seeking were not something that Kevin’s business offers. Having said that, he genuinely pointed me in the right direction with the sole intent of just trying to help me out, as well as informing me of a good number of things/privileges that I am currently entitled to. This dude is an absolute gem, and I can guarantee if he was that cool to a total stranger over the phone, then doing business with the man for real is going to exceed any expectations you have by a huge margin. Very knowledgeable and detailed about his training. You will get much more out of his classes than others. He shared suggestions that went way beyond the class. I took him for DC CCW classes as well as MD CCW renewal classes.
