Quality First Urgent Care

Very easy and very friendly staff. Result quickly by end of day if tested before noon. Been there many times and always a good experience. Even if you have an appointment you will need to fill out a quick questionnaire/permission form.

When my wife and I arrived the line was about 10 persons long. Based on our previous visits, knew that it wouldn't take much time.
Correct, only took about 15 minutes. Again, everyone was no nonsense, friendly and professional. Still deserving an excellent rating. Expecting our test result tomorrow.

Between myself and two elementary/preschool aged children, we are no strangers to COVID testing in the fall and winter of 2021. I’ve always been impressed by the staff our visits, but today’s trip stood out. Natalie went above and beyond to help out today, and I wanted to make sure to give her a shout out and say thanks! She’s awesome! Zack was also very friendly and helped my 3 year old smile through his swab. Thanks to everyone else at Quality First for your hard work during this pandemic, and for always being polite and friendly, even during this wild holiday surge.

This was a very well organized and smoothly run testing site. I was extremely impressed on how quickly the line moved. The only reason why you didn’t get five stars from me is because your on site parking is completely inadequate for the number of appointments given out,

The nurse practitioner (blonde woman- I can’t remember her name) was amazing! She was sweet, down to earth, and funny. I felt very comfortable around her. Also, the time was super fast and efficient. Will definitely be back in the future if need be
