The place is organized which made it easy to view the wide selection of products. This is our favorite tile store! Ryan offered us exceptional customer service. He made it easy to shop as he was attentive to our needs.

(January 15, 2022, 2:51 pm)This place is incredible! I have shopped here on more then one occasion. The new Columbia location is very open and inviting. The staff from sales to the order desk are amazing. Any big box store you can think of has nothing on this place.
(January 11, 2022, 5:35 pm)Price was great. Customer service at the store was a C-. They loaded 1/2 of my order and said the rest would come in. I went back in to the delivery desk to inquire when the rest of the tile would arrive. Tiles were actually in stock and after checking he pulled and loaded the remainder. The loading team was not proactive. Need some customer service training.
