(April 2, 2023, 12:37 pm)When I travel out of town, I usually reserve a rental car. The Columbia Enterprise is my preferred location. The staff are always professional and polite. There's usually not much of a wait. The manager who gave me a jump when my car battery died on the lot ALWAYS makes sure any issues with cleanliness, dead charging ports, etc. are taken care of in some capacity. I decided to write this review because my husband picked up a full size car on a Sunday after a terrible storm that left cars in the area covered entirely in dust. He was given a clean BMW with a full tank of gas, perfect for a family trip to VA.
