(October 18, 2011, 10:20 pm)Good repair experience. My hot tub was leaking. Mark, the man who came to fix it was very friendly and efficient. He found the problem quickly and was very honest. He didn't try to sell me anything. He said he could try to fix the leak without me buying an extra part, and if that didn't work I could have him replace the part then (which is obviously more expensive). We've had no leaking since he came, and if there is, I'll just give them another call. It was a great experience overall.
