This gym is a family friendly mixed movement school offering yoga, bollyfit, and mixed martial arts classes. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time training here and was greeted with open arms by the owners and staff. They offer women only and men only classes for those with religious sensitivities to mixed physical interaction. They also offer mixed classes in a safe environment. Memberships are affordable and offer great value.
