“Lived here for 2 years and it was great, until the interior and exterior of the apartment started to reveal poor installation of hardware and carpeting. It's my understanding they have more renovated units now however. Definitely get a renovated one if possible! I also find it annoying that they painted the exterior a nice fresh color but did not come back and do the finer details so as you get closer it looks terrible as spots are missing and lines are not straight. Additionally, within the past month, communication with the front office has been extremely poor both via phone call and email. The same goes for reaching maintenance- it's virtually impossible. I'm not sure what happened because they used to be super responsive. Possibly new management in the office? Disappointing for sure considering my experience had been a 4/5 here, but poor communication and poor quality knocks that down some. UPDATE: Rhonda, the new manager, called and explained how the office was transitioning new staff in and apologized for the delay in communication. I appreciated her reaching out and being very responsive once she was aware. Looks like the contracters have also been making the appropriate updates to the grounds with new signage and painting! Hoping for a smooth move-out!”

“Phyllis greeted me ever so kindly early Saturday afternoon. This being my first venture to a medical office in this awkward time(COVID-19), I was 100% comfortable with effective social distancing methods in place. I soon met Tiffany who took extra special care of me, getting my stats and taking my x-rays and gently and efficiently. Dr Gates came to my chair side and gave complete options for my treatment, explained it all and then got to work. I must say that his chair-side/bedside manner is first rate..... and he has the kindest blue eyes.Treatment was made painless with sufficient amount of anesthesia and performed with ease. Following extraction, Tiffany again took extra special care of me and the whole time, of course I was unmasked, but never felt unprotected. Best dental experience to date. This was my first visit, but I’ve found my new dental office and would highly recommend them. By the way, I chose to get my appointment here due to the photo of the staff and Dr. Miralez’ extensive background. Teaching Physician’s (doctors who teach other doctors how to be good doctors) are the best. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff.”
