The Nest Movement Studio

The folks at the Nest were so warm and welcoming when I took my first class there - definitely not your standard "fitness studio" experience! (The space is beautiful too.) Hoping to get back sometime soon!

Amazing studio! Wonderful, caring, dedicated teachers who want the best for their students. These teachers are dedicated and always show up. I've taken classes with 5 different teachers so far, and have learned so much from each of their classes. These teachers have been incredibly welcoming. They answer any questions I have. I love how the teachers give modifications to support both newer and more advanced students so that each student feels both accomplished and challenged. The studio is also gorgeous, clean, and feels open. Air and bright energy easily flows. Looking up at the string lights, like little stars along the ceiling is a wonderful simple pleasure and super special. The Nest feels like community, and is inclusive to all. When certain students need extra care, the teachers are extremely helpful. Such a wonderful place. Thank you to everyone at Nest! Thank you to the incredible Yoga teachers!

Been wanting to try Nest Yoga for some time. When I saw them on Groupon for a month of unlimited classes, I knew I had to take advantage. So far, I've taken 3 classes with 3 different instructors. All have been really nice. Studio is clean. I've really enjoyed it.

I’ve been taking an assortment of classes for 3 weeks so far and they are great. The instructors are welcoming and the atmosphere is inviting. I’ve also been able to participate in a cacao ceremony and a balancing class. Be prepared for many wonderful new experiences.

I loved my experience at Nest Movement. I attended a couple dance classes there. The space is amazingly clean and brilliantly decorated. Staff is attentive and courteous.

I hope this is not a consideration for long, but Nest's policy of encouraging masks and vaccinations makes me feel comfortable to still go to classes with them.

If any of the classes sound interesting to you, definitely give them a try. You will want to come back again and again.
