  There is nothing to NOT like about Tonya Semones and her staff! They are so pleasant to talk with on the phone and always willing to help! They go above and beyond the term excellent customer service! Could I find premiums a little lower? MAYBE, but I would not be tempted to even look! Allstate has been our insurance for years and we have been pleased with the coverage but Tonya and the staff at the Elkridge location are the main reason we’d not change carriers! CHEERS to the best Allstate team in Maryland!!

  As for my auto insurance, I'm pleased with every except for my rate being a senior and driving less than 15 miles a week I feel it's high, as for my homeowner insurance, I put a claim in for my weather-beaten roof was given two hundred plus dollars for a repair, had a different company check my roof, and had to replace the entire roof so not happy with the home insurance. So auto gets a 10, and the homeowner an 8.

  All the agents are great and very helpful have been there for years now and havent given me a reason to switch.

  This crew is amazing! I'm a new to them customer, I have called them a couple times. I went into the office today and Cami was great, she was smiling, personable and efficiently helped me ( through an issue I created). I'm glad this is my insurance agency.
