Jiffy Lube

Best jiffy lube I’ve ever been to hands down!! As long as I live in the area they’ll have my business. Their very kind, knowledgeable, move quickly, educated you on what is needed to fix or plan accordingly and they make you want to come back. Not sure who runs this shop but big ups to you, you are the real MVP! Your people are making you really proud! All jiffy lubes should take a page from your book!

Been here twice for my oil changes and they do a good job! There is usually not a wait, so I am serviced immediately and they go through any further need with you as well. Like their servicing and will be back. They forgot to give a new sticker to let me know when to return but when I asked for it, I had already been printed out just not in my car. They are nice and professional.

Normally I've never been a big fan of any Jiffy lube's but this one on Washington Blvd in Elkridge is the best everyone is friendly and they do almost any type of work on your vehicle,and they do a great job and do the repairs right the first time so you don't waist your time. Also they never try to sell anything you don't need. And they thoroughly inspect your vehicle and let you know what they recommend you replace or repair. And they are not pushy about trying to get you to do more than you can afford to.

Only place around with the pipe I needed in small sections. I would have no other choice except to buy a 20 foot piece when I needed under 5 feet. Friendly and extremely willing to help me out. I wouldn't have been able to make the repairs right the first time without your assistance. Thank you very much.

Fast, friendly, and courteous service. The staff seem very knowledgeable and the location was one of the cleanest repair shops I have been to in a long time. Thanks Jiffy lube for keeping my truck running like a well oiled machine " Pun Intended"
