    I loved my experience tonight at the drive through at 10:50 the girl was so nice and cheerful and didn't once make it seem like she was annoyed with me ordering food at that time
    The food was good the service was great and I will absolutely be coming back

    Very clean facility the staff was friendly and professional especially the nurse was very enthusiastic we talked about the ravens, she was on point ?. Great job everyone

    I must say, I had an excellent experience at the Concentra in Elkridge, MD location for a DOT exam. I was in and out in no time. It usually take hours to complete. The staff was very organized and efficient. It was the fastest I've ever had with a Concentra location during a DOT examination.

    I literally drove past three Concentra locations to go to the Jessup service center as this place is absolutely fantastic as their service is outstanding and they are very time efficient

    Today wasn't so busy
    Everyone I came into contact with from the young lady who took me back to the Dr who seen me to the lady who checked me out. Everyone was friendly n courteous.

    My recent visit to Concentra was a pleasant one. The staff was very polite and professional. Every step that was being performed and ever action that took place was explained to me. I felt I was I'm a tutorial video and felt that very comfortable and well looked after.
    I would highly recommend Concentra Urgent care to anyone that is in need of urgent care.
