I had a great experience here. About 4 months ago. I went to get a quote for a service I needed. I was on my way there with my 8 month old baby and I got a flat tire while driving down the freeway. I called to tell them I could not make it to the appointment and I explained why. They went out of their way to go help me change the tire. Once at their shop they gave me an excellent price for the tires I needed and a great quote for the service I needed. They offered their home for me and my baby to wait while they changed the tires. All I could say to conclude is that they offer excellent service and great prices.

I don't know a lot about cars, but Brian of Elkridge motors really seems knowledgeable about cars. My A/C was broken and he was able to diagnose and repair it all within one day. I was a little skeptical when I pulled up to the repair shop because I have only used dealers before. I am used to the nice clean bright dealer lobby.
