Howard County Library System, HCLS, Miller Branch

Great library and staff. I always find what I am looking for and my daughter love scavenger hunt they have in the kids section

I adore this library location! It's a large, beautiful building with a wide selection and friendly staff.

The Miller Branch is the largest location of the Howard County Library System. It's outfitted with large windows that provide lots of natural lighting, as well as tables and separate study rooms. The upstairs level is a lot quieter than the downstairs level, however, it can be hard to grab a table up here. Rooms should also be booked in advance, as this is a pretty popular location.

The Miller Branch also features the Enchanted Garden. It's a community garden where plenty of flowers and vegetables grow in the warmer seasons, and there's a cute water feature running through the garden year round.

Overall, the airy and friendly environment generally makes this my top study-spot.

The library is beautiful outside and inside. The garden looks like it gets a lot of love. Not too hard to find all the best reads. Lots of lovely nooks to tuck yourself into to read for a spell. I do miss the days of ole, digging thru the free piles. I couldn't find a place to grab a drink or a sandwich, which would have kept me here longer.

One of the most impressive smaller town libraries I've ever seen. It is large, filled with books and light and outside greenery including a green roof. The architecture is sleek and striking.The covid protocols with the appointments work well and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Large, clean, fully equipped and updated facility. Very nice private rooms. Visited this Library for an audition. I could exit out on the second floor into a foyer that leads to a patio to practice my lines.
