CarePatrol was AWESOME! They were kind, responsive, helpful, clear, informative, and so easy to work with, not to mention their services were FREE! They made the stressful process of moving a family member from a rehabilitation facility to an assisted living facility simple and straightforward. They provided excellent educational resources, conducted timely and efficient intake interviews, researched and offered great options that met our criteria, and even accompanied us on tours of the prospective facilities.
