FirstCall Medical Center

I had a overall pleasan experience on my visit. The check in was easy and prompt. The experience in the doctor's office was also very good. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The only thing that could have been done better and it's probably not feasible is when they are behind schedule it would be nice to get a call so you don't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room.

So glad I went here! I usually go to a different urgent care by my house, but I was feeling extremely sick to the point that I felt like I might pass out, so I went to this First Call right by my work. They were very nice to me, and I went on a Mon afternoon at ~3:30pm, and they pretty much saw me immediately. I also have had the experience in the past where they let me in the actual patient room from the waiting room and then I have to wait for like an hour, but they took care of me ASAP. The person who saw me, Suri, really made sure to ask all questions clearly without repeating questions, let me lay down when I felt ill, and offered me a blanket and pillow. He explained everything to me thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable and okay. They did a bunch of swabs, and let me know that they would send me the results. They were really extremely efficient, caring, and helpful, and Suri made it a really positive experience even though I felt like I was dying.

Great job today by First Call. I debated going as in the past the team was preoccupied with their own fun and the PA on duty was substandard in many ways.
Today, the front staff was responsive and courteous, my med tech was nice and very helpful, the nurse practitioner, Stephanie, was outstanding!
Stephanie did a thorough exam, communicated her thoughts of my well-being, told me her plan for my improvement.
I felt very good about my visit.
Such a great turnaround!!!!!

First time patient I loved the place. Service was excellent, wait time was even better. The staffs were very polite and helpful in every way. My Doctor Ms. Barbara is great at what she does and for that I’m grateful 😇.
