I really like the job that was done. It suited our needs. Our sales rep was not pushy at all and I relied on her for advice. It turned out her advice was good. The installer did a good job as well. The problem came afterwards. I was unable to reach anybody by email text or phone. It was really frustrating. The problem was I never got the proper materials at the end of the job, most importantly, a warranty card which I need it to fill out my warranty. I finally got a live person who said I didn’t need it. I guess I have to believe them. But if trying to reach somebody for a problem is going to be as hard as it was to get a warranty card, then I am in trouble.
We had a bathtub and a shower resurfaced. The crew showed up on time, were very friendly and mindful to not damage our home. They kept us informed of their progress and asked for input when there was a decision to be made. It was a great experience.
Bath fitters converted my tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The Installer, Danny, was exceptional. He kept the bathroom and the pathway leading to my bathroom neat, organized and clean. The bathtub was cast-iron and required a lot of strength to break it up to remove it and install the shower base. After the full installation of my walk-in shower was completed, Danny tested the water flow and it was noticed that water was dripping from my ceiling. Dann created access points into my ceiling and wall to troubleshoot the issue. There was a small crack in one of the existing pipes. This proved to
be no problem for Danny to rectify. He fixed the problem and resealed the ceiling and wall. In addition, Danny took the time and patience to explain everything to me. Great customer service! My walk-in shower is beautiful and modern with a touch of class. I love it! It's gorgeous!
The service was excellent. The contractors arrived on time. The floors were covered with cloth to protect the floors. The project was to replace my shower stall, tile and shower fixtures. Ed G., and his assistant worked steady from beginning to the end. Love, love, love my new shower stall. It's larger, brighter and lovely. The installers were very professional, pleasant, quiet, polite, and the workmanship was exquisite. The very experienced contractors know their business. We are very pleased with the end product. I would recommend and use Bath Fitters again. A satisfied customer. Thank you for your service. Financing is available.
First and foremost, we are very pleased with our new shower. Besides looking great,
everything is very sturdy, the showerheads work great and everything we chose was to our liking. From the pre-installation phase, we told the initial technician what we desired and asked what were our options. He explained the differences and gave us his honest opinion on the pros and cons of the various items to choose from. From his honest opinion, we chose what would work best for us. My only advice for future customers is for Bath Fitters to explicitly give a time window, after the initial consultation, as to when the installation would probably take place. We were very excited on what we chose, but many weeks went by before we knew when installation would begin. Getting an upfront approximation of 8 – 10 weeks or whatever
(on paper), would have alleviated our anxiety. Though, the wait was well worth it.
