“Great job today by First Call. I debated going as in the past the team was preoccupied with their own fun and the PA on duty was substandard in many ways. Today, the front staff was responsive and courteous, my med tech was nice and very helpful, the nurse practitioner, Stephanie, was outstanding! Stephanie did a thorough exam, communicated her thoughts of my well-being, told me her plan for my improvement. I felt very good about my visit. Such a great turnaround!!!!!”

“Location is brand new and you can see that inside. Staff is friendly but seemed a bit slow to turn around customers and did mess up the order at times also. There is a drive through here also and seemed busy. They have cold brew and nitro here also. There is space to sit outside but it can get loud being so close to the road. Plenty of seats inside, both in table and lounge chair setup. Mobile order pick up spot is marked at the end of the counter.”
