I found my first experience with PT to be very helpful. I walked in with specific pain and was able to complete my tasks with both exercises and explanations for how to continue on my own. I had the opportunity to work with an intern (Jordan) whom I found to be knowledgeable and helpful as I worked on my specific PT plan.

I received PT from Amanda for a partial rotator cuff tear. When I began PT I had been experiencing significant pain and had poor range of motion. We began with exercises to strengthen my back muscles to lessen the pull on my shoulders. As I progressed the number of exercises and the level of the weights required increased. My ability to move my arm increased each week and I was able to do daily activities with arm extension at a gradually increasing pace. Massage helped decrease pain, and hot or cold compresses with stimulation were wonderful for relaxing the muscles and ligaments affected! Amanda closely monitored my progress and I never felt overwhelmed or underworked. I would recommend her to anyone I know who needed PT.

I had really good PT sessions at this particular location. It was closer to house and the Therapist was very detailed, thorough and helpful. She helped get rid of my shoulder and lower back stiffness. Team is always very welcoming and all of them help out when you have to go to a different therapist. I referred my friend and my wife and both had great experience here.
