Quarterly treatment applied outside - need to reschedule indoor treatment

Addison came out and he apologized for being a few minutes late which wasn’t a problem at all. I told him about the ant issue I’ve been having and he offered to spray around the kitchen as well to help with the problem and he gave me a couple traps. I’m sure he made sure to get areas outside as well that might be causing the issues. Service was surprisingly quick. I look forward to seeing if things improve over the next couple weeks.

Update: I’ve now had 3 of my quarterly visits and I’m very pleased with the service. They normally come out in the morning and are quick and efficient. They are also professional and always ask if there are any specific areas or insects we’ve had on the property before they get started. There was a mud dauber nest on my front doorway that I kept trying to clean off and it kept coming back. They took care of it during a visit and found another one around my garage and took care of that one too. I’m really glad I stumbled upon them and signed up. I hate bugs and it’s a good price. I will say their app is not great and initially I was told I can do everything from the app. Instead I’ve had to call to move an appointment, but customer service is pretty quick. They also select my service date for me and send me an email reminder, so I never really know when my quarterly service is happening until a few days before. And sometimes the service is several weeks behind schedule but it hasn’t been an issue.
