(March 10, 2019, 11:01 am)A great special place managed by an unique professional and experienced team that takes care of you in order to achieve a physical and emotional balance that you are looking for with high-end treatments and equipment always under the proper medical supervision.
I had Botox, first time in BIO but had it before, so I can certainly say that the professionalism of the staff is outstanding.
Dr. Martin took the time both during the procedure and the aftercare services, it was impecable, she was very kind and carefull all the time. And the results, I cannot be more happy.
The energy of the Angelica, motivated me to tried one of their other procedures and now I hooked up with the idea that I have a place and professionals that will support my current goals of feel and look better.
(March 9, 2019, 1:55 pm)My first visit to BIO and I can tell it won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted politely and with a welcoming smile. The entire staff is very friendly and smiles while talking to you. That makes a big difference.
Dr. Martin was very informative and so pleasant and explained everything to me thoroughly. Do yourself a favor and go to BIO in Elkridge Md for all your spa needs and great Botox prices.
(October 11, 2018, 9:40 am)I booked a massage online and I showed up, but she didn't. Made repeated phone calls to the number but no one picked up. Left a message a no one responded. Massages may be great but I don't know. Since I bought a groupon I guess I am just out the money. Fortunately I was able to book online somewhere else and get a massage the same day. Check out well-being massage studio. Jessica is great.
Amending my earlier review. Was contacted by the owner who apologized and offered me a 30 min free facial. Just had my massage and it was amazing. Come check them out in their new location. It is beautiful and easier to find that the previous. I will definitely go back.
