    To whom it may concern;

    I just wanted to take a moment and praise E&G for their amazing customer service. I had an issue with the Dodge Challenger Louver that you make, there seemed to bee too much 'play' in the middle of the windshield, leading to rattling, leading to tape and bracket failure.. after attempting to fix it twice on my own i reached out to the retailer for assistance, and he gave me the number to E&G.

    On the phone I met Lee, who spent about 20+ minutes trouble shooting me on the phone until i learned i lived 30 minutes north of the EG offices. Lee had me come in the next day to trouble shoot the issue visually. We then took the entire setup off, cleaned and prepped the car window, and continued with testing.

    He determined that either the louver was a little bowed or my rear window was a little flat. He went into the back and pulled a new louver out.. lined it up and it seemed a better fit. He then replaced my bad louver with the new one, meticulously installed the tape and brackets... and we wiggled the louver and it felt way more secure than previously, missing that slack in the middle as the previous one had.

    I got to meet a few of your staff there on July 3rd, everyone was just so nice and happy to help me. I am honestly thrown back by the level of white glove customer service your company provided me. Lee is a superstar and should defiantly get some sort of kudos for getting me in and out in 90 minutes, having me back on the road happy as i could ever be. He even went the extra mile and gave me a quick tour of the facility and gave me a bottle of water because the warehouse was super hot. Megan, the face of your company when i walked in was super helpful finding me a local retailer for my car club to buy more louvers. And there was also a lady who was involved with shipping, who worked with me to figure out who my retailer was, ebay invoice, etc.. for the warranty exchange.

    In this day and age it is EXTREMELY rare to find such "old school" type service. You have a bunch of rockstars working at EG and because of that, I definitely am a customer for life, and will be promoting your products like you're a sponsor!
