He checked my console and my controller and helped me fix the problem on the spot! Definitely my go-to solution for any future XBOX issues.

(November 19, 2019, 7:46 am)Outstanding service. Had a cracked screen on my Galaxy Note 8 phone and needed documentation verifying the damage from a licensed repair facility to make an insurance claim. I went to 3 "big name" repair places, all of whom acted clueless and would only give me a verbal quote for the repair. I should have gone to iFix first. These guys immediately understood what I needed and went above and beyond. They inspected the phone on the spot and prepared a personalized, signed warranty claim, all for free. iFix's estimate for the repair was also 10% less than the next lowest quote.
We need more businesses like this in our community. The difference between the service at this shop and others was night and day. I absolutely recommend them for all repairs and really appreciate the service they provided.
