“This review is for the employees within the company primarily at the Columbia Location. The customer service is impeccable and I've always been treated like family when I go there. The service that has been provided has left me knowing that I'm in good hands and Dr. Howard knows what he is doing. The phone service was recently updated and it completely ruined any possibilities of feeling like I can get a hold of my Dr when I'm having "general" questions. They say they will contact you back, leave a message, and I've yet to have that happen. If this review had an option for how I felt about getting in touch with my Dr for general and still important questions I'd have rated the phone system a 1 star and that's feeling generous. As far as the general outlook on the phone system, it is very organised, and general information regarding the practice is easily obtained. ”
