She also demonstrated the technique for my daughter and I so we could record for future it for future reference to purposes. Dr. Sandy's patience was commendable and dedication to ensuring we left her office fully equipped with the knowledge on how to take care of our skin was unexpectant and awesome. She made us feel like we were her only patients. She has set the standard on the type of service I will demand from my other medical professionals. Excellent dermatologist!!!”

“Outstanding service and knowledgeable, kind staff! I had to call after hours to leave a message for the specialist. She called back within 5 minutes to discuss what was going on with my dog. She and a nurse (Katie) stayed until we got there (almost two hours later) and treated us happily. Katie was amazing and even helped me get the dog out of the car in the freezing cold. She was also impressively good with him considering he is NOT an easy dog to treat. I was amazed he didn’t give them any problems which just goes to show how great and trusting these people are! Even though it was after hours they both took their time answering my questions and didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush out of there. I even was able to call back the next day to arrange payment options (thank you care credit!). All of the staff I dealt with was genuinely happy to be dealing with me. How refreshing in this day and age of bad customer service. Every penny spent was WELL worth it. I would go back here a million times over and recommended it highly!”
