(January 12, 2018, 8:25 pm)I joined in the beginning of December after a free trial and complimentary training session with the amazing Jen!!! I am totally loving my sessions with her! It keeps me less scatterbrained at the gym and I’m actually meeting some people from Poolesville! ???? I love the accountability part of the group sessions, but that we are still able to get critiques and corrections on our form and workouts from Jen! I’m so glad I do the group sessions! It’s given me motivation to come in and come in on my own and use some of those exercises from our group sessions! Even when Jen was out sick, our fill-in trainer, Ashley, made sure we didn’t miss a beat! ???? I also love the new kickboxing class!! Such a fun time while doing a great workout! Easily, a 10 out of 10 for the group and kickboxing class and an 11 out of 10 for Jen! ????
