“Very excellent customer service all the way around. Minor problems to include delivery for queen 1 piece box spring that couldn't clear my stairwell. Had to return and immediately rescheduled for split queen box spring the very next day. AWESOME!! Mattress was delivered on exact date and placed on bed frame. I wasn't present at time of delivery. Once I got home noticed some very unordinary lumps and bumps at head of mattress for entire width of mattress. Call Rockville store the next day spoke with 2 individuals (Chris the manager and I think Andrew, not sure of name) but both took care of everything. Encouraged me to take pictures and send in. Within a matter of days was rescheduled for new mattress exchange. Again AWESOME!!! Extremely HAPPY with entire process. Mattress comfortable and feels exactly as showroom model.”
