    As a social worker at a nursing home who orders equipment regularly, this company is the best to work with! They have amazing customer service (it makes me smile every time just to call them- James is the most cheerful, helpful, educated person!), they will make sure that they find a way to get you the equipment or find someone who can, and they are extremely fast and go out of their way to help you every time! This is the best company I could ever hope to work with!

    If this DME store takes your insurance, I highly recommend you this place. I had the pleasure to work with one of the workers there since the summer of 2014. The insurance gave us a really hard time to get a power wheelchair approved for a patient. Seven months later we finally got it. Our patient wouldn't have the power wheelchair today if it weren't for their hard work.

    Yes, 7 months sounds like a very long time but this just shows their persistence on trying to get the job done. I have worked with other DME supply stores and they have never gone out their way to appeal an order that has been denied by the insurance -especially if it is a very complicated case. I am really happy with their service and I hope you have a good one as well if you do choose this location!

    I needed a motorized scooter for my aunt. the staff was extremely helpful. they had several new and used to choose from. showed my how to break it down so that it fit in the truck of the car. Extremely polite, I have used them for several other thing I've needed.
