(May 27, 2020, 6:02 pm)My refrigerator broke down and I ordered one from Lowe’s. When delivered it did not fit so it had to go back. I called Bray and Scarff and spoke to Jae Park . He offered to come to my house and measure the space THAT DAY which was a Sunday ... Memorial Day weekend!! He definitely went above and beyond to help me get a fridge as quickly as possible... He even worked to get the delivery moved to a day earlier because he knew I had been without a fridge for several days. I was so impressed with Mr. Park and very grateful! The installation went fine and Mr. Park called me afterwards to make sure everything went well. I will definitely use Bray and Scarff again.
(April 30, 2020, 11:36 am)My dishwasher died at the height of the pandemic and yet Bray and Scharf managed to get me my chosen replacement quickly and with no- contact. Nick Bodkin was amazing. His customer service was thoroughly responsive and he even emailed me on his day off. I will definitely use Bray and Scarf again if for no other reason than it’s customer service. Thank you.
(April 30, 2020, 10:20 am)Outstanding customer service. I needed a new microwave and I called with a price of a model I had seen on sale at a big box store. The sales person (Nick?) beat the other store’s price ... and the other store’s delivery charge. Arrived when promised without a hitch. Very pleasantly surprised. Thank you Bray & Scarff.
(November 18, 2019, 10:26 pm)After finding my prized GE Profile Slide-in Gas Range and matching microwave on sale at an excellent price during Bray and Scarff Bethesda’s Veterans Day Sale, I finally pulled the trigger and had them delivered and installed by Oscar and Oscar, two pros who let me hover over them while they did a bang-up job. I’m so glad I went with Bray and Scarff. Excellent selection, value, service, and sales. Well done!
