“We picked up rental, Anny the branch manager was super nice. We even got a jeep wrangler since I told her we are going to Florida. Unfortunately that car was too loud, since I have never sat in one I was worried that something is wrong with the car. That's when hell started. We went from branch to branch to get it swapped. We had to swap it 5 times. Upon telling the whole story to Anny who when we returned the car was very apologetic even she had nothing to do with the issues.
