  Dr. Ramachandra is excellent. She has provided amazing care to our elderly cat Max who has a complex set of interacting problems. She is a great communicator explaining the problem, the treatment options, and the pros and cons of each. She is compassionate, practical, and professional. I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else!

  The care of my "fur babies" by the Veterinarians at Alpine is exceptional, and their beside manner shows me they understand my animals are part of my family. I have had visits with all the Vets, and couldn't recommend one over the other, but Dr. Ramachandran has counseled me with kindness and compassion through some difficult times with my Chihuahuas.
  Regarding the support staff, I don't know all of the vet techs names, they're all exceptional. However, Adam specifically embodies their nature with compassion, patience and in demonstrating their level of dedication to providing care with a gentle touch.

  I've taken all of my dogs, four now, to Alpine for over forty years, including when I lived in other parts of the DC metro area. I was always disappointed with other vets. Alpine has always taken such good care of my pups though all of their well visits, illnesses, and surgeries. Kind, caring, knowledgeable staff. Highly, highly recommend.

  As always, the care and undivided attention given to each of my pets is extraordinary!
  They keep detailed records of past health issues for each of them and review them with me on each visit. And, they always provide me with options of how to address new ones without pressure. I so highly recommend them!

  This place has been so helpful with the rescue we adopted, the puppies we fostered and the Goldendoodles we now own. They take their time to put my dog at ease at each visit and I never feel rushed; at the same time I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment.
