“I've had the pleasure to work with OPaL on multiple occasions and each time has been a wonderful experience for my buyers. The homes are beautiful and unique, offering great floor plans, finishes and locations. Their customer service is top-notch, very responsive throughout the entire build process and helpful with issues after closing. They offer a great warranty and make sure people are happy well after they move in! I've enjoyed working with all aspects of their company and plan to bring many more buyers in the future. I was impressed when selling one of their homes as a resale, we had a title issue and when I reached out 10 years later, they helped to fix the title issue and get it resolved for the seller. Whether you're looking to build new or remodel, reach out to them, you won't be disappointed! And you'll love your new OPaL home!”

“I'm extremely grateful to have found Sheila 6 months ago! I was just about 10 pounds over weight and had been recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis. My doctor recommended a healthier diet and that I begin working out and include weight lifting in my regimen. Sheila was incredibly welcoming as well as knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. She put me on a program of muscle strengthening exercises in addition to teaching me weight bearing exercises. We actually have fun working out together! I feel stronger everyday. And bonus - I have more energy than I've had in years!”

“It's convenient for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've noticed that they rotate sales on items in the store (when I opt for items on sale, I can get out at a very reasonable price). The quality of the produce is exceptional. I don't mind paying more for it. All in all, it's not my regular place. But it's great to be able to walk over to grab some odd items. Their co-op membership, however, makes no sense to me. It's one 10% off coupon for each quarter, at a $50/year membership fee. Which really isn't a fantastic deal. It's not appealing to join on those lines. The guy at the register gave me a knowing smirk as I did the math in my head and told him I think I'd pass (so even the staff sees it). I think a manager was behind him though, so he continued to sell it by saying that people will come in and use it to stock up on wine. ...That's a lot of wine... We're talking over $150 in alcohol each quarter to see a benefit in the membership. So I guess if you regularly host large groups of people, or more likely just a DC lush, this would be appealing.”
