I recently visited my local Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins location at Aspen Hill Rd, MD and was blown away by the amazing service provided by Komal. She made my visit an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

Throughout my visit, Komal was attentive and responsive to my needs, checking in with me to make sure that everything was going well and that I was satisfied with my order. She also kept the store clean and tidy, ensuring that all surfaces were wiped down and free from spills and messes.

What really stood out to me, however, was Komal’s commitment to customer satisfaction. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my order, even offering to make adjustments or substitutions if I wasn't completely satisfied.
