Rock Spring Children's Center

My son has been at RSCC for more than two years now, and with each successive month, my wife and I are happier and happier with our decision. We exhaustively researched many options in and around Bethesda and the biggest factor in choosing RSCC was the almost complete lack of staff turnover. So many employees have been there for more than 10 years, which is nothing short of amazing in the child care arena. In almost any business, long tenured employees is a very good sign. We son has moved up to his fourth classroom now and I am continually amazed (and thankful) for the care, compassion, teaching, and professionalism I see from literally every staff member. Almost everyone seems to know our son by name, even though he has never been in any of their classrooms. In the end, their is a real sense of community here at RSCC which I think sets it apart. I'll be sad in a few more years when my son graduates to kindergarten and leaves RSCC.....although it will be nice to no longer have tuition bills and take advantage of MCPS.
